If you are late and/or miss the warm up you will not be allowed to attend, and no refund or credit will be given.
No transfers, refunds or substitution can be made within the 24 hour cancellation policy, no exceptions.
Come to this class for a full body work out, focusing on the strength required to improve your poling ability. With exercises on and off the pole we'll make sure you have everything you need to get stronger.
